Planet Fitness - The Marc Sandton I’m absolutely appalled by this club. They lie, make false promises, say anything they need to so that you sign with them and it comes to providing the service they can’t

My husband took out a contract at Planet Fitness Signature The Marc Sandton. He took out a black tag contract so we can train together whenever I am available, as we have 7month old baby.

When my husband took out the contract with consultant Teddy, my husband explained that when I do visit the gym with him, can our 7 month old baby, that doesn’t walk, talk, crawl by herself, if she can sit with her Nanny at the couches or cafe area whilst I train with him

Teddy said no problem and on that basis, we signed up with the Gym. Today my husband and I went to gym with baby and nanny in toe and was told that our baby with the nanny can not enter the gym to sit at the cafe or the couches. We were denied entry from all managers at the Gym.

We posed a question to the consultant, that if I’m with a child and need to purchase something from the cafe will I be allowed to enter, he said yes

But we paying for a contract and can’t enter with a baby. We were told that we can visit another gym at Sandton.- Planet Fitness Sandton Gate where babies over 4 months of age can enter. Why do the same rules not apply at all Planet Fitness Gyms

We were embarrassed, **** to and duped into taking the contract

We don’t want to be using this gym

I together with my 5 other family members that use Planet Fitness The Marc, want to cancel our memberships
