Planet Fitness Lynnwood: ***** and *******

I app**** for a gym contract at Planet Fitness in Lynn-wood. I was planning on going overseas for 6 months, but wanted to continue my fitness when I return. JJ, a consultant working at Planet Fitness in Lynn-wood told me I could freeze my account for the period of my travels by paying instead of R300 a month only R100. I agreed and called in the head office to make these arrangements starting from beginning of February. In April I discovered that the normal payment has been deducted from my account and not the R100 agreement. Then I received a shocking email claiming I owe Planet Fitness R2000 for unpaid bills. Immediately I called my dad and he took care of it. He paid R2000 after they claimed no such arrangements were made to freeze my account and my dad ended my account. I was furious but atleast the ******** would stop. So I thought. Last month I saw another debit order from Planet Fitness ofR300. Today I received a call from Saya Recoveries claiming I owe Planet Fitness R2700. I am honestly in shock of this ******** from Planet Fitness! If they want to fight I will fight! I have nothing to hide and have all the bankstatements to prove my case! This is theft and bad service!
