Planet Fitness lying....!!!

Planet fitness valley view/Krugersdorp. It is has 5 months that the steam room has been out of order. For the last several months they keep on telling everyone that it will be fixed Friday and several fridays have past now. According to the manager they are waiting, as the elements are so outdated that it can't be fixed nor ordered, for a Gym member to make an element. I cant believe that a big corporate company is relying on a local member to fix the problem and i have called customer care several times with also no results. We are several athletes training here that require a steam room for our competitions. And this is becoming ridiculous.
