planet fitness - life sentence

Frustrated by the unbelievable amount of effort it is to cancel membership. This contract has been canceled for almost a year and still I'm paying. Handed over to Saya recoveries, made arrangements, paid, gotten mails from planet fitness telling me its canceled but yet they debit my account. Saya recoveries the same, after confirming that I canceled my planet fitness account the amount owed is never the same and their representatives aren't helpfull. Asked for statements and was told systems are offline or I have to wait a ex amount of time...never received anything. Their quick to mail you with notices to pay immediately but can't resolve ongoing problems.
