Please help me. I signed a Gym contract for myself and my daughter at Valley View Mall on 2017/03/07 and it was a 1year contract and the payment for myself and my daughter to go to the gym was R 349 per month. Now it's a year later, but now they have deducted R 349 on 15 Feb 2018 which is right on the same day (15 Feb 2018) they did another debit order for R 264 which was most probably the prorate for March 2018, because I started the contract on 2017/03/07 which still doesn't make sense because it's only 7 days at the end of the contract. they never let me know I need to cancel it ever. If they can send you all kinds of news letters why could they never send me an sms or email to notify me that I need to cancel it by myself. I feel that it's very unprofessional of them to cheat a client like that. After everything they still debited my account with another R 264 on 15 March 2018 and another R 85 on 15 March 2018 again. I don't want anything to do with any of them again. They need to give me my money back. I could never even go to the gym for the whole year I paid them, because of an accident that made me not being able to gym ever again, but I still paid them every single month for a whole year. Please help.
