Planet Fitness Lies

I signed a contract with PF in January 2015, it was part of a special that I pay upfront for 12 months and pay R2400.00 for the whole year. In the consultation with the sales staff I was rushed through the process and asked if there will be any other costs during the year apart from what I am paying upfront and he assured me that the R2400.00 plus a R100.00 joining fee was applicable, as I was rushed through the process I did not read the document and believed the sales consultant. However on 1 July 2015 and amount of R499.00 goes of my account and I am told that it is a service fee, I was never told about this even though I specifically asked. This is not honest contracting as stated in the consumer protection act, and I feel this company took advantage of the situation. I will never ever renew my contract with these lying ******* and I will make sure everyone I know knows what kind of company this is.
