Planet Fitness-Liberty Midlands Mall

I am currently a member at the Planet Fitness in the Liberty Midlands Mall Pietermaritzburg. The service we experience is absolutely pathetic, the workers are never able to provide you with straight answers as to why their facilities are always out of order!The steam room works 2 days out of every week and is constantly closed off to paying members such as myself for weeks on end. It appears that they are unwilling to spend money on this service yet see fit to deduct my money from my account for services I do not receive. This month in particular the men's change rooms and showers have not been kept clean, management can never be found and staff spend more time working out and using the facilities than I do, at times I have to wait because a STAFF MEMBER is using what I pay for. I have never received a copy of my contract yet I have requested this for literally months, since I joined! The situation honestly just feels hopeless, I tried approaching staff with my concerns and even emailed the manager directly; never received a response, absolutely pathetic and not only do I say to potential customers not to join this gym but I myself will not be renewing my contract.
