Planet fitness liberty mall, Made me pay R1500 for a reward program so I can have a discounted monthly gym fee. All was good until my last debit was higher then usual so when I queried it. Apparently the gym hasn't submitted my documents and sign my up for a full contract. No one seems to have a resolution to solve my issue.
