Planet fitness / Landau Attorneys

I Joined in 2021 and was not happy and requested them to cancel my membership. Fast forward they sent me to Landau Attorneys and my account was in Arrears. Made an arrangement with Landau for payment. I have asked them "Landau" previously for a statement and only today they sent it and and statement says I'm owing about 10K and the membership is still active hence the Arrears still going up. Urgently need help as I'm not using planet fitness and have requested them to cancel it. They need to backdate the statement as I have cancelled it and I'm not using it.
