Over the past two months, ******* have shattered the windows of my boyfriend's car and several others at Planet Fitness in Lakefield, Benoni, in an attempt to ***** the vehicles. Over the past six months, the sauna/steam room has only operated on occasion. Members who bring up concerns to management are met with evasive and noncommittal responses, and their concerns remain unresolved. Should customers terminate their membership and transfer to a different franchise or location, or should they relocate to another branch?
