Planet Fitness lack of communication

I was just contacted by a law firm stating that I have been handed over to them by Planet Fitness.

After 9 Months of emails from myself to them asking to be moved to a free membership the school I work at qualify for, I have received no communication. Somehow, they managed to communicate with a law firm to get me handed over to them.

I stated various times that I could not afford the monthly gym membership, to which I also received NO reply.
