Planet Fitness Krugersdorp

WARNING!! I have been struggling with Planet Fitness Krugersdorp since 2017 to cancel my membership with them, reason being that they have been debitting my account x2 from April 2017. It's the 9th of July 2019 and they still haven't canceled my account and they are STILL debiting my account x2 a month. I then get a call from "Saya Recoveries" saying that I now owe Planet Fitness Krugersdorp R13 000!!!! Is there anyone that will be able to help me cancel this stupid account, because I am definitely not the only person whos is having the same issue with the same gym!
