Planet fitness keeps saying I owe them when I cancelled my contract a year ago.

Hello Peter. I need assistance as I keep getting ****** by planters fitness, I have no reason to be debited still and right now am being harrassed occasionally by their attorneys or something, I keep sending them my cancellation email I made in 2019 after my contract ended and they keep saying I owe them.

I need all the money debited reversed as I cancelled and I ended on good terms with them. Please help me get them off my back as I have never missed a payment nor have I continued with my contract. Am currently not doing well financially and to get such threat is really not nice. I have emails to support my statement but I cant send pictures I dont know how to load them.
