Planet Fitness KAT is a *********

I joined Planet Fitness R55 earlier in the year and I was assisted by a guy named Kat. He gave me a membership for R499 a month and then he advised me that he will discount further with my Vitality membership and to date he has not done that. I have been working away from home for the past three or so months and i was unable to go into that gym to confront him. He did apply the Vitality discount and instead im been charged the full fees. I called a numerous times and i get placed on hold whilst they try to locate him and they the phone get cut off. If this month you debit my account with R500 i will go reverse it. This is a bridge of our agreement and I want to be refunded the difference in what i was meant to pay with a discount. I will be back in Gauteng next month and if this is not sorted out i will cause a commotion at your club. I think i want this membership cancelled because you have salespeople with the principles of treating their customers fairly.
