Planet Fitness Justgym Meadowdale- False contract activation

Signed a contract at Planet fitness just gym Meadowdale to activate a black tag contract to take my friend to me with the gym. On the first day I received the black tag after signing all the required paperwork. A month later the manager stops me and says he sees I have a blacktag but it is not activated on the system and gives me the required paperwork AGAIN that I had to fill in. Went to the gym for another 4 months under the impression all the paperwork was in order and brought my friend to the gym and she signed every day. About 3 days ago I lost my blacktag and came to the gym to receive a new tag. I asked why do I have the normal tag and not the black tag as always. The employee said very rudely the blacktag is not activated. I told them I had to fill in the paperwork twice and she refuses to activate the blacktag on the system. It was not my fault or brought to my attention that their admin wasn't in order. I signed with this gym in order to activate the blacktag to take my friend with and now that they refuse to activate what I signed for twice is very disappointing. Very bad service and very bad demeanor of the people who didn't do their job and were aware of it. I signed this contract on the first day to activate the blacktag and received it, the proof of my friend signing in for the past 5 months is in their paperwork and now they refuse to fix the error they made and blame it on me. It is utterly disapppointing if they do not sort this out I am going straight to Virgin active as they atleast have all their work in order!
