Planet fitness just gym scottsville

I have recently signed up at the Just gym in Scottsvile Pietermaritzburg. The treadmills have never worked properly since inception of my contract. They have approximately 12 treadmills of which 7 don't work and around 3 keep getting stuck while you walk or run. You wait in a queue and often leave without even getting to use the equipment. Seriously disappointed. The staff nod at the complaint but nothing happens. What exactly am I paying for?
