Planet Fitness/ Just Gym ****

Even that One Star you dont deserve it !!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced... I cancelled my membership in August 2020 paid my settlement fee ... then followed up a month later about confirmation of termination and I was told it will be done because there's a backlog of Admin because of Lockdown.

After a few weeks I'm told now that I have a debit order of October which I must pay although I settled my account !!! Planet Fitness/ Just Gym are money sucking companies who dont value their clients or they service they render !!!

My advice is NEVER ADVICE anyone to join that gym
