Planet Fitness Just Gym Randfontein

I have had a contract at Planet Fitness Just Gym in Randfontein for over a year now. Since February 2025 they have denied me access to the gym due to my tag not being "activated" even though I paid the activation fee the day I joined so for more than a year I've been denied access to the gym even though I've been playing every month. Now in November 2025 I missed a payment they sent me a link to pay I used it and paid for November then in December they sent me another link saying I owe them 2 months worth for Nov (which I already paying via their link) and for December regardless I still paid both months,Then they kept on trying to debit me for the months I already paid I've sent my proof of payment to the people at the Gym and to custom care yet still they keep trying to debit my account and making my bank charge me R10 every time they dont succeed in debiting the money I already paid and they phone me every day telling me my account is in arrears and I have to pay but they dont resolve the issue on their side
