Planet Fitness/Just gym

<p>At the end of February I paid planest fitness just gym in Glenda where I am a member an amount of R220 into the account which I had received from their call centre agent ***. The agent said I must use my name and the my member number which he said is ********** 53. I did all that I was instructed to do by the agent and took my proof of payment to the gym in Glendanda where I am a memeber. I gave it to the guy in reception on the day which was Lungile, after two weeks having paid without no issues on the third week when I went to the gym I was told that my account is in arrears I did not pay. I told the person in reception that he must communicate with Lungile then the next day he told me that they cannot find the slip but they will ask the Admin officer to check opn the Nedbank satement using my the reference number which I used when I deposited. At the end of March it seemed as if it was corrected as i did not have to wait long for them to overwritte the error on the suysterm. Again at the end of March I paid via EFT for April using the same reference which is my Gym maember number ********** 53, the same problerm happened this time it was even worse, they were now saying I did not Pay for both March and April and I had given slips for both months to the same person Lungile. Then I lunched a quiry with the call centre on the 10 May 2017 today is the 23 May 2017 no response and they say thier turn around time is 48 hours. I have just received an SMS that state my account has been handed over to Landau Attorneys I must call to avoid further action. The service and administrations levels at Planet Fitness are Hourable and Sad. How can a client pay and now he must do the run around while its staff and managenent sit on theier bamms doing nothing to assit????????????????????????????????? </p>
