Planet Fitness just after money

I cancelled my membership on 02 Feb 2024. Would have done it on 31 Jan IF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE BOTHERED ANSWERING. Now they have handed me over for collection. All of this for a fairly poor, overcrowded gym with broken equipment.
