Planet Fitness is very useless and unprofessional.

I joined planet fitness in February 2020. The day i signed my contract the Admin lady told me they dont have membership cards, she will contact me as soon as they get them. I waited for their call till today. In March 2020 our country was placed under lockdown level 5. I sent them an email to suspend my membership until the lockdown is uplifted. I did not receive any response from them.

They just continued deducting in my account i don't have a problem. My only issue is how do you debit my account when i have signed an agreement yet i don't have a card to access the premises. Why am i being treated differently from other members yet i have to continue paying. When i cancel my cobtract i have to a cancellation fee, why because i have never used their premises because i was never granted an access card. I don't recommend anyone to join Planet Fitness, they are very unprofessional.
