Planet Fitness is useless

This is now the second month Planet Fitness debited my account with R699 when it is actually supposed to be R399 as I am with Discovery Vitality. I spoke with a consultant earlier in December who assured me this will not happen again and then it happened again now. If this continues I would like to just cancel my gym contract with Planet Fitness as I never received this poor service from Virgin Active.
