Planet fitness is useless

At the beginning of june i was meant to be debited R281 for my membership, instead they decided to double debit me. I sent an email and the lady contacted me and apologized and so on (blamed the system for the double debit). I told her i want the money returned to my account as i have a debit order that still needs to go off. Little dis i know they were going to hold my money for 14 days before they refund me. Guess what those *******s didnt eefund me even after being told that i would get my money back on the 22nd june 2018.i had to borrow money to pay for my debit order that was to be paid on the 2nd of june. Now i want everyone to be aware of what this stupid people are doing at planet fitness. I have spoken to my cousin whi is also a lawyer and we are going to bring up chadges of theft against this company because i dont plan to sit by and let these assholes do what they want to do
