Planet Fitness is trash!

Planet Fitness! The level of service is absolutely atrocious! My membership was canceled in December 2025 which I did telephonically. I have sent numerous emails to the customer care service - no response. They have gone has far as getting Saya Recoveries to call. For what? I would really like to know. Because that still have not resolved the billing issue on my account. Themselves, not they want to get a third party involved. I asked for all communication to be put on mail. Which no one has done! They insist on trying to call me. Their employees must be dumb! Planet fitness is possibly one of the worse business in the history or retail businesses!

I would really love to hear from them. NCC is going to get a fat email from me regarding Planet Fitness! And all the trail emails I have sent to their customer service.
