Planet fitness is the worts. Virgin active is the best

Planet fitness has the worst admin department. I have no idea why they will employ inadequate staff. Since I started with planet fitness last year June, I have had nothing but problems with my acc, I paid my acc on time and I paid more every month but they still block my acces card, planet fitness owes me money but they went and block my access again because according to the system I owe 0.75c which is not correct, planet fitness owes me almost r30.00. I’ve sent emails to Perpetua and did not get any in return, her last email said that my acc is sorted but my access is still blocked. Planet fitness pull my email and complaint record from last year, I did warn that if this happens again I’m walking away and going back to virgin active. Please cancel my contract with immediate effect, I don’t want anything to do with planet fitness anymore. I will not continue with this contract, you did not do you part so I don’t have to do mine. And the bathrooms at wanderers is in the worts state ever but the managers does absolutely nothing about it.
