Planet Fitness is the worst gym.

<p>A while ago I moved from Liberty Own Your Life to Momemtum Multiply, and when I went to the gym to swtich over some guy helped me. I didn't want him to assist me but the guy I wanted to assist me was not in. </p> <p> </p> <p>During this meeting with him I told him SEVERAL times I had my Multiply number with me, this was the number my broker told me to take with, and he ignored me. It didn't seem like he wanted to help me as he didn't explain anything to me. He then told me to sign some papers and again I told him I had my Multiply number with me, again I was ignored. He told me I would be paying the R195 <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>UNTIL </strong></span>I was moved over to Multiply. No one bothered phoning me to inform me, or even follow up with me even though my number and email are correct on the system. I left that day under the impression that I would be paying the R195 until I was moved over to Momemtum. Obviously I was wrong. </p> <p> </p> <p>When I phoned into the useless Head Office last week Wednesday I was told I needed to pay a R2000 settlement fee. When I emailed yesterday the settlement fee was R1144.98 or something like that. I will not pay this settlement fee because <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>I DID NOT</strong></span> agree to sign a 12 month contact with the club, I agreed to pay the R195 UNTIL I was moved to Momentum. </p>
