Planet Fitness is the worst!

To start our 12 month Contract was ended 2 months before expire date, and they charged us on the normal rate of almost R749pp for me and my wife and not our Vitality Rate. Then we changed bank accounts and for 2 months they still tried taking the increased rates of more than R800pp of my old bank, after the Guy at Mantana branch assuredme he submitted the changes. Worst service ever!!
