PLANET FITNESS IS THE WORST

The manner in which this company handles their customers is absolutely diabolical. I requested to consult with a manager over the phone, thinking I'd finally receive good customer service with valid explanations and I was told that managers do not take calls. I have reviewed my bank statements and they were able to take R299 on a monthly basis yet I was told that I cancelled my own debit order with them. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS? I honestly recommend going to VIRGIN ACTIVE even if they charge 50% more than this ******* company because at least they provide outstanding customer service!
