Planet fitness is the worst

I cancelled with planet fitness due to financial reasons and lock down, I paid the cancellation fee, they kept trying to debited from my account using different account numbers and I have proof and tried debiting different amounts for which I have proof. Planet fitness then handed me over to a collection agency and even though I have an agreement with the collection agency for the amount planet fitness kept charging me, they still try to debit even after the cancellation letter I sent to them and the agency and they have been harrassing me with phone calls as well
