Planet Fitness is terrible!

I have tried my utmost to remain calm with Planet Fitness, I have tried and tried to contact them via email and via telephone as well as via there web enquiries.

Guess what?? Not a single word in response, that is why I have turned to Hello Peter.

The reason I want to cancel my contract has being expressed via email and not one single person has bothered to respond, most likely because they don't want to lose business. How can Planet Fitness management just sit back and let this happen?

Clearly you don't have any respect for you clients, the people that pay your salaries.

I sent 3 different emails over the past 2 months and was so patient in waiting for a reply, just to see that I am wasting my time.

If you have the decency to reply to this post, please don't apologise for the terrible service, I really don't care for your pathetic excuse for an apology, it is not sincere.

Just contact me and tell me the good news that you will be cancelling my contract right away.

The reason for me cancelling I will list below again, perhaps someone might take this seriously now.

The below is a direct copy from the email I sent, not that you would know because you never read your emails.

- I used to gym at the old Rivonia branch which opened at 4:30am which was convenient for me as I had more time to gym in the mornings. - I used to have access to a swimming pool at the Rivonia branch, which I do not have now at the Morningside branch. - I used to have access to a running track at the Rivonia branch, which I do now not have. I signed up at Planet Fitness for the early operating hours as well as the extra facilities and now due to Planet Fitness changing my club I do not have these benefits anymore.

I will not be paying a cancellation fee for my contract as it was not stipulated that I am subject to a club change and will lose benefits.

Please see to it this this is sorted as soon as possible otherwise I will be taking this further.
