Planet fitness is steeling our money

I am very irate with Planet Fitness - we requested a cancelation after which the cancelation went through and they then still deducted monthly premium afterward. We requested them refund the extra money as we already paid the cancelation fee. On this they then asked for the bank statement which we send through highlighting the amounts deducted and blanking out all other transactions as we feel this is private information and they don’t need to see this - they then refused to process refund and requested a full bank statement and stated they will not process refund without this

On phoning this mooring the lady said she doesn’t care what we think and they want out full bank statement, I feel this is totally unprofessional and will be contacting my bank to put stop order on this and revers the money deducted incorrectly And I dare them to hand me over and have it effect my credit score as I will take this matter legal if required
