Planet fitness is *****ing my money

I have cancelled my membership months ago and sent countless emails for a manager to call me, but they keep debiting my account. I reverse the debit order, and they just go and increase the amount the following month and debit again!

This is not the first time there is a problem with the debit order. During my contract, they were debiting the incorrect amounts, they amount was always changing. Apparently fixed the following month, but no reconciliation or way of knowing if it was in fact correct
