Planet fitness is *****ing from me.

Does anyone else have problems with planet fitness SA *****ing your money. I canceled my contract in June yet they continue to debit amounts each month off my account of over R500 one month even above R1000. I’m currently in china so I email them and get no response. I put a stop on their debit orders yet they change the debit codes and keep taking off odd amounts. Can anyone help me? I had a family member go into the club and cancel it for me on my behalf. I have paid the cancellation fee and then one month fee after as they advised. Then the next month debits kept going off. I’ve been paying for almost two years without going and have emailed them on many occasions in the past yet nothing is done. They are *****ing my money!
