PLANET FITNESS IS SLY

My Boyfriend and I went into planet fitness just to inquire about their membership and details regarding a membership. We were assisted by a sales consultant and manager who promised us a 3 month trial of R299 until/ if we decide to take the membership and move over to vitality.

We arrived to the decision this week that we did not want to pursue the membership and upon trying to cancel the trial before the 3 month end, we were told that this is a 24 month contract and had to pay approximately R3400 to cancel the membership.

Planet fitness is sly and cannot be trusted, they sugar coat different scenarios, throwing free this and trial that at you, in order to get what they want out of you.

DO NOT TRUST PLANET FITNESS!
