Planet Fitness is pathetic.

Poor, poor customer services. I’m disgusted in Planet Fitness Middelburg. I’ve opened an account end of 2019. I’ve made my account a debit order. At first it worked then all of a sudden they said my debit order seems not to be working. They didn’t notify me about this. Only 3 months later when I want to enter the gym they declined. I settled the account. Then covid came. Their bank details changed etc. My contract were only valid for 24 months. After no notifications/messages I see that I’m handed over. I settled the amount that I owed. Heard nothing from them for months. Only be waking up to an email that I owe them R 7800 ???? Where have the messages, notifications etc been? Why now? My contract ended 2021. I see they still added R580 something to my account for 2022?? I will let my lawyer settle this. I emailed them for details of my contract. No one rep****.
