PLANET FITNESS IS PATHETIC!

To whom this may concern,

My name is Michaela Sinead du Plessis and I’m a member at planet fitness. I’m writing regards to an injury that happened on the Centurion gate campus.

In the bathroom there are very aesthetically pleasing metal hairdryers, yet they’re not practical at all.

Not only have I burnt with this device but so also 2 other people I know. I’ve burnt so badly on my shoulder that I’m not able to comfortably wear my lingerie or certain shirts as it ends up bleeding and hurting.

It has left a terrible scar!

I have a VIP GARY ROM GALA EVENT I'll be attending next week and won’t be able to wear the dress I had made for this event as it’s an off the shoulder dress and there is a terrible scar on my shoulder and I'll be sure to mention what I think about planet fitness on every social media platform and at the event.

I have spoken to JP from Olympus and JC from Centurion Gate and still, no one can refer me to a manager, apologize for this or explain why there aren’t any warnings up for these devices in the whole of South Africa.

This is very disappointing circumstances and service not only at one planet fitness but two.

I do like your gym, but if this is how your members get treated I’ll be moving to Virgin Active or any gym in that case that cares about the wellbeing of their members if this doesn’t get resolved soon.

I've been on numerous calls with your people and still no one has gotten back to me with anything!

This is pathetic!
