Planet Fitness Is Pathetic!!!
I cancelled Membership with Planet Fitness, and they deducted the cancellation fee afterwards. Now they are telling me that I still owe them, I called in and spoke to the agent (Zolisa Gumede) who told me with attitude that if I don't pay the amount they want, "that's on me" seriously? It means I am going to owe this pathetic gym forever. If you can, stay away from Planet Fitness!!
