Planet Fitness is not up to standard

Signed up for a 12 month contract which was meant to end in October, I am still being debited by PF monthly. I call to inquire and I was told that I signed up for 24 Months? What sort of **** is this establishment running? Planet Fitness in Wekker Street is a disgrace, none of the equipment was up to standard, either out of use or damaged in some way or the other which is why I wanted to cancel my contract earlier.

I am livid! I did not agree to 24 months, this information was either withheld from me or someone submitted ********** paperwork on my behalf. I know the reps get commission based off of contracts submitted by them, I will be taking this further as this is unacceptable I feel helpless and used and all I wanted to do was join my local gym. As soon as I mention cutting the contract their help line become annoyed and unapologetic. You also get charged "Annual Levy's" Three times a year, do they not understand what Annual means?
