Planet Fitness is manipulative, dishonest and audacious

My Wife and I signed contracts in January 2020 with Planet Fitness on condition we could got to any of their gym's. I particularly wanted a gym with a pool, due to my rehabilitation. It turned out our contract is only with our local Sandton Gate Gym. We have both never entered the gym for any exercise ever. The sales agent no longer works their. My wife and I have had lawyers letters, threats of litigation etc. I placed stop payments on the debit orders, phoned their call center, spoke to their outsourced collection agency so many times. I have given up after again trying today to resolve the issue with their call center. Trying for 2 years. I wonder what a judge would say, when he hears that I was sold a membership under false pretenses and that I have never set foot in their gym. They now debit your account in such a way that you cannot return the debit through normal channels.
