Planet fitness is disgusting

<p>I have had nothing but absolute agony joining your gym, every single month I face a new account issue, this month my debit order didn't go through because magically my account details have changed I have had the same account and have only ever been at one bank so this is slightly amusing to find out I now own a credit card courtesy of your gym , and I have been double debited twice over the years contract for not having the correct account details -your fault and paying maintenence fees- your fault which i am also told i am liable to pay a penalty fee for! HAHA! I have hated dealing with planet fitness as a whole and it makes my fitness experience immensely difficult to enjoy, your managers haven't assisted in the slightest and I hardly receive feed back, I put in an application 3 months ago to change my debit order from the 28th until the 1st and as we stand it hasn't been processed, this is the most unprofessional and horrific service I have ever received from a company and I'm now at wits end, if you don't hear my cry from help from this point onwards I don't know what to do. This is why I have resorted to social media, own up to your mistakes! You SHOULD NOT RECEIVE ANY STARS, YOU EXPLOIT PEOPLE TO JOIN WITH YOUR HIDDEN TERMS AND SUCK THEIR REVENUE DRY! </p>
