PLANET FITNESS IS DEVIL

Last year 10 March 2020 i requested the settlement quote to settle my account and i received it and i paid and they told me my account is successfully closed... The reference number of the query is PF ***. On March 2021 they deducted money into my account and i was shocked... On 13 April 2021 i receive a call from the lady from the head office and she was very rude to and she sad when i will pay planet fitness money back... Planet fitness has poor customer service like the pinetown staff Mr Senzo Ngcobo.. Ngcobo is only care about his interests of getting bonus... He put me in a contract for 24 months while i did told him that i need 12 months contract because i will be around Pinetown for year and that was reason i decided to close my account with them... PLANET FITNESS IS HELL
