PLANET FITNESS IS *******

I am incredibly unhappy with the service of PF. I took out my contract 2 years ago (thank GOD my contract ends now in November!!)

I took out the "black tag" contract where I am SUPPOSED to be paying R499 a month (as advertised on ALL of their billboards). Come to find that there is a "fee" that makes my debit order go off for R541 and sometimes even R570. This month, this MORNING, I woke up to find that not 1, not 2, but THREE debit orders had been taken. And oh, this is NOT the first time this has happened. In previous months double debit orders had been taken off of about R550 each. Meaning, more than R1000 went out of my account. This month, there was some sort of fee of R246, then R541 (the normal debit order) and then ANOTHER R561. When I phoned Planet Fitness' they had told me that the extra debit order is a "service fee". Uhm. EXCUSE ME? NEVER, not ONCE was that disclosed to me when I took out my contract. If it had happened once, sure, I could maybe understand, nut almost EVERY SECOND MONTH???? Planet Fitness has ****** A LOT of money from me and it is NOT okay!! I am on the verge of opening a law suit if this doesn't get resolved by the end of November. I have my lawyer on speed dial. Watch me, Planet Fitness. If I don't get either an explanation OR an apology from the ****ing CEO itself OR my money back... I am suing and I am not afraid of ******* assholes. I have my receipts, I hope you have yours. So bring it the **** on.
