Planet fitness is bull ****!

This morning I went to the Parklands branch at 5am thinking that it is open because online it says it is open. I got there and they told they open 5:30am. They can’t open for me to even wait indoors. With all that is happening in SA and the how unsafe it is to wait outside! I had to stand in the cold until I called someone to come pick me up. These people don’t care. All they want is money. I’m ready to end my contract with them.
