Planet Fitness is blatantly *****ing my money!!!

I have been trying to cancel my Planet Fitness membership since October 2014 and they refuse to cancel my contract even after numerous emails and notifications that have been sent to them. Planet Fitness now owes me roughly R3000 in debit orders that continue to be processed off my account.<br> I have previously done a complaint on hellopeter which was supposed to resolve the query, however after being told that the consultant will need to research the issue and will get back to me within 2 working days, I am still waiting more than a month later for a response..... This is ridiculous...
