planet fitness is a joke!!!!Q!!!

what a joke!!!! Tried canceling my membership due to covid and just experiencing the worst service ever yet they ask you to pay 1900??? how? its covid and I have never felt more unsafe than in the gym. The sanitizer in planet fitness even smells like vinegar, but I must pay to cancel or give notice. I would never never never recommend planet fitness to anyone. They do not care about their members they care about the income only. I am sodisapointed and words can not comprehend how angry I am.
