Planet fitness is a huge disappointment. Do yourself a favour and join virgin active instead

I recently signed up at planet fitness at craighall park and it was an utter mistake! ALL the gym equipment is so old and dirty. Things are falling apart and are not looked after at all. I am so so disappointed and upset! Its not like the gym is cheap. You pay a fortune in membership and get horrible facilities and service. Its ridiculous how this gym is still in business. Not to mention the fact that they rope you into a yearly contract and if you opt for a monthly one you will literally pay R2000 a month for such. I even took photos of the old and broken machines and showed the manager of which responded saying he is aware of such but that head office couldn't care less...Planet fitness is to be avoided!
