Planet fitness is a ****. I had my wife and kids and myself on a contract. I personally canceled this over a year ago. Now they tell me it only ended in November 2025. Now they want money from me. Its ridiculous. I highly recommend people dont join this gym. They dont keep proper record and then try **** you for money they say you owe them.

The fact is you failed to cancel my membership and then without my permission let it run on a month to month basis. Your manner in which you deal with your clients is **********.
