PLANET FITNESS IS A *****! DONT EVER GO THERE!

I joined Planet fitness in Bellville, however I relocated to PE. Then February this year I had to terminate my contract because gym was too far from where I work and stay, then I contacted the Planet fitness helpline to cancel, they said I had to pay a settlement fee and send the proof of payment, which i did within few minutes. Following month they deducted money again and the following month, i then contacted them again, they said they never received a proof of payment which was strange to me. I forwarded the proof again, a month passed and they deducted AGAIN! I contacted them AGAIN, they said they never received a proof of payment.... This went on and on until NOW! They still deduct my money and clearly they will never find my proof of payment ever! If you need peace of mind DO NOT EVER JOIN PLANET FITNESS.
