Planet fitness is a contractual ****.

I have lost all respect for this company. In March I enquired to close my account with planet Fitness which at that time was R6674.24 which they offered to inclusion a 50% discount. They sent me a settlement fee of R3045.39 at which I paid but no one got back to me for over a month about this settlement. Two months later they call me to tell me my account is in arrears with an outstanding of R3628.85. This is utter non sense. Why **** offer a discount knowing that you just ******** people.
