Planet Fitness is a **** !!!!🤬🤬🤬

Planet fitness is a **** gym advertising false things …I joined their gym in December however I was promised a sport bag and bottle if I joined and complete my 16 sessions with them.. I even lost the card they gave me … I complained to their manager about that but they told me new stories that after completing that card they gave me it will go to raffle ofwhich I was not informed before taking their contract…I was promised to be contacted but even today I’m still not contacted regarding this…I am so disappointed… would not advice anyone to join this gym
